We manufacture and supply agricultural transport crates and related products. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to any customer.

Delivery terms will be agreed upon at the time of order. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period specified at the time of sale. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KinaCrates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.
